Fantastic staff ensured a smooth experience, particularly Theresa, who took care of my grandson's delivery. Clean accommodations made for a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few issues. The walls in my room were incredibly thin, allowing noise from adjacent rooms to disturb my sleep. Additionally, I found the cleanliness to be lacking, as there were some surfaces that could have used more attention. Finally, I was disappointed with the size and state of the pool area, which seemed smaller than advertised and not well-kept.

Had a fantastic experience, thanks to Theresa who really cared for us! The pool area was nice too. Room cleanliness was a letdown, though. 😕

Everyone was fantastic, especially Theresa, who helped with package deliveries. The staff at the bistro were super friendly and made sure we had breakfast the next morning. Proximity to Busch Gardens and nature parks was a big plus! 🌟

The hotel had a clean environment, and the availability of an ice machine was convenient. However, the check-in process was flawed due to a discrepancy between the app and the hotel system. Additionally, the ice maker was oddly turned off on my floor, and the room could have used a deeper cleaning, as surfaces were slightly dusty.
